Guests arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) where they will be greeted by private transportation for a smooth and comfortable ride to the resort. Upon reaching the resort, they will check into their luxurious accommodations and be welcomed with a signature drink, setting the tone for a stay filled with indulgence and relaxation.
After settling in, guests can take a stroll, dip into the pool, or unwind on their balcony. As the sun sets, it’s time for beachside cocktails and the first taste of paradise.

In the evening, you can go for dinner at one of the resort’s themed restaurants, sampling different culinary delights.

Start your day slow with coffee on the balcony and a gentle ocean breeze. Spend the afternoon your way — maybe lounging poolside, enjoying a spa treatment, or exploring nearby Isla Mujeres. As the sun begins to set, dress up for cocktails and a gorgeous beachfront dinner.

As the sun rises over Costa Mujeres, it’s time to soak in the last few moments of paradise. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, a final walk on the beach, or one last dip before checkout. A private shuttle will be waiting to take you comfortably back to the airport, giving you time to reflect on the beauty of the days behind you.
