We will thoroughly research and design your custom itinerary. You will be given 3 proposal options to choose from to provide you a flexibility of options. We want to ensure that your needs and desires are met . We will work together on the details so you feel confident and excited about your trip.
Arrange and Manage
With the proposal of your choice, we arrange and manage your travel arrangements so you can rest and relax (Hotels, transfers, tours, etc.). We will provide relevant info such as currency exchange , entry requirements, contact numbers.
Escape to Your Journey
It's getaway time! We stay connected with clients before, during, and after your trip. We will check in on you to make sure everything is going smoothly. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need assistance. You receive all your travel documents with an itinerary. After your trip, we will follow up with you for feedback about your experience

The retainer reflects the dedication we bring to your travel planning. From researching the best destinations to curating exclusive amenities and managing logistics, we ensure every trip is tailored to your unique desires. Whether it’s a dream honeymoon, a luxury cruise, or a last-minute getaway, we handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your journey.
Retainers must be paid before any work begins on your trip proposals to allow us to fully focus on designing your perfect getaway. We offer flexible options to meet different needs:
- Professional Services Retainer – $150 (per room): Covers research, design, consultation, and arrangements for hotel or cruise-only travel. Includes a complimentary 30-minute consultation and up to three itinerary quotes to ensure we align with your preferences.
- VIP Professional Services Retainer – $250 (per room): Perfect for clients seeking more detailed guidance, this includes everything in the standard retainer plus arranging private transfers and excursions, access to a mobile travel app with your itineraries and travel documents, and extended support for questions and follow-up before and during your trip.
- Flight Add-On: Flights can be booked with land or cruise accommodations for $50 per person. This includes monitoring flights for changes or cancellations and proactively assisting with rebooking if needed.
- Groups (5+ travelers): Retainers start at $400, depending on the group size and complexity.
- FIT (Flexible Independent Travel): Retainers start at $350 for multi-destination trips.
Please note that trips booked within 45 days of departure are considered last-minute and require an additional $200 fee.

- For $125, we provide a one-hour Points/Miles Consultation with expert recommendations to help you maximize your points and miles for exceptional travel experiences. With extensive knowledge—and personal experience—regularly using points and miles for top-tier hotels and flights, we’ll guide you in making the most of your rewards.
- For $125, we also offer an itinerary creation service, where we’ll collaborate with you to design a travel plan that matches your preferences and goals, whether you book on your own or with points.
