The Old Port of Mykonos provides excursions to the neighboring island of ancient Delos, if you’re looking for a short getaway from the main island. See Little Venice, modeled after the Italian town, and take in views of the Aegean from on high.
If you want a laid back and secluded beach, head to Elia Beach which is 7 miles from the city center. If you want a beach that steps it up in luxury and glamour, head to Psarou Beach.

DAY FIVE
Ephesus, home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, is known for its significance in early Christianity. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, where it’s said that the mother of Jesus Christ lived out her final days. Venture to the city of Priene on a day trip, where the ruins of the Temple of Athena are the main attraction.

While you’re on a Santorini cruise, the island will show you its romantic, relaxed spirit. Explore the village of Oia, see the sunset from Amoudi Bay, or take a half-day excursion to Nea Kameni and Palia Kameni—two islands formed by volcanic eruptions—for a dip in their ancient, therapeutic hot springs.
